Removal
Turn the car wheels to the straight-ahead position.
Remove the airbag unit "4" while following the safety instructions, see the relevant chapter above.
Disconnect plug connector "2" at the return ring. 3 - plug for the airbag unit.
Remove the steering wheel mounting bolt-5-
Remove the steering wheel.
Installation
Make sure the vehicle's wheels are in a straight-ahead position.

Connect the plug connector at the return ring.
Install the steering wheel onto the splines of the steering shaft so that the existing mark on the steering wheel hub and the punching point on the steering shaft coincide.
Note: The steering shaft supplied as a spare part does not have a punching point.
Clean bolt "5", apply LOCTITE 243 sealant to it, tighten and tighten to 55 Nm.
Note: The bolt can be used up to five times. After each dismantling, mark the next control point on the bolt with a punch.
On a level road, check whether the steering wheel is positioned crookedly when the car is moving in a straight line; if necessary, move the wheel.
Install the airbag, see chapter above.
