To properly adjust the door, loosen the door hinge on the pillar. Other measures, such as lifting the door up, are ineffective. Upon subsequent loading, the door will sag again.
For this purpose, use the door adjustment key 3320 together with the nozzle 3320/2.
If it is necessary to unscrew the top hinge of the door on the B-pillar from the inside, the socket adapter 3320/1 can be used.
To do this, remove the B-pillar trim and the sill trim.
When installing a new door outer skin, the frame of the hinged units is not affected.
The rear edge of the door outer skin is set approx. 1 mm higher than the rear door, dimension a (pic. 8.40).
After installing the frame of hinged units, the door is lowered by 1 mm.
