Removing
Pry the plug from the bottom hole a, then pull the plug down b (pic. 8.28).
Pull door handle 1 and hold it. Unscrew bolt 3 with socket wrench T 10072 until it stops. This way you will release the body of the lock cylinder 2 (pic. 8.29).
If there is no lock cylinder in the lock cylinder housing, you can remove the lock cylinder housing 2 at a right angle to the door from the door handle mount.
If there is a lock cylinder in the lock cylinder housing, it is necessary to loosen the fixing screw 3 so that this housing 2 can be removed at a right angle from the door handle mount.
Installation
Insert the lock cylinder body at a right angle into the door handle mount.
Now tighten the bolt into the mount with a socket wrench.
A distinct click indicates that the door handle is again fixed in the lock cylinder housing.
NOTE: During installation, the lock cylinder body must be pressed against the door outer skin from the inside. The door handle is loose on the door.
Further installation is carried out in the reverse order.
In conclusion, it is necessary to check the operation of the door handle and lock, since if the flexible cable is incorrectly adjusted and fixed, the door may not open.
