- 1 - Toothed belt, before removing, mark the direction of travel, check for wear, do not bend
- 2 - 120 Nm and turn 90°, replace, when loosening and tightening use the counter support "3415", do not additionally lubricate the thread and the supporting surface, the turn can be performed in several stages
- 3 - Crankshaft toothed pulley
- 4 - 20 Nm
- 5 - Overrunning roller
- 6 - 20 Nm and turn further by 45°
- 7 - Tension roller, when removing and installing, remove the engine bracket
- 8 - 20 Nm and turn further by 45°
- 9 - Camshaft sprocket
- 10 - 20 Nm
- 11 - 100 Nm
- 12 - Hub, when loosening and tightening use the counter support "T10051", for removal use the puller "T10052"
- 13 - Rear toothed belt cover
- 14 - 20 Nm
- 15 - 10 Nm, replace
- 16 - Overrunning roller
- 17 - 50 Nm and turn 90°, replace
- 18 - Hub, when loosening and tightening use the counter support "T10051", for removal use the puller "T40064"
- 19 - 95 Nm
- 20 - Toothed pulley of the injection pump
- 21 - 20 Nm and turn 90°, replace
- 22 - Coolant pump
- 23 - 15 Nm
- 24 - Upper part of the toothed belt cover
- 25 - Lower part of the toothed belt cover
- 26 - Middle part of the toothed belt protective cover
- 27 - 10 Nm, replace
- 28 - 10 Nm and turn 90°, replace
- 29 - Torsional vibration damper/pulley, installation possible in one position only (the holes are offset)
- 30 - 5 Nm
- 31 - Protective screen
- 32 - 40 Nm and tighten by 180°, replace, observe the required tightening sequence
- 33 - Engine bracket
