- 1 - Cylinder block
- 2 - Gasket, replace
- 3 - Oil filter bracket
- 4 - 15 Nm and tighten by 90°, replace. First install the left upper and right lower screws, then the rest and then tighten all four crosswise
- 5 - Bracket
- 6 - 10 Nm
- 7 - Thermostat pipe
- 8 - 15 Nm
- 9 - O-ring, replace
- 10 - Set the thermostat to the correct position. Check: by heating the thermostat in a container with water, opening start approx. 85°C, end approx. 105°C, plate lift height not less than 7 mm
- 11 - 20 Nm and turn 180°
- 12 - Bracket for additional units
- 13 - 40 Nm and turn 45°, replace
- 14 - Poly V-belt tensioner
- 15 - Oil pan, clean the seating surface before installation, apply silicone sealant during installation -D 176404 AZ-
- 16 - 15 Nm
