Loosen the nut securing the return fuel line to the intake manifold, open the "arrow" clamp and disconnect the pipeline from the rail.

Disconnect the fuel return line fittings from the injectors. To do this, press the fitting down by the tabs and pull the middle part upward to unlock it.
Instructions: It is necessary to ensure that the area is kept clean and that no dirt gets into the removed return fuel lines and injector connectors.

Remove the fuel return line assembly and place it in front of the intake manifold. Remove the cable channel and set it aside. Clean the glow plug well in the cylinder head (dirt should not get into the cylinder).
Instructions: Approximate cleaning sequence. Collect the main dirt with a vacuum cleaner. Spray brake cleaner or some other similar product into the glow plug well. Wait a little for it to work, and remove it along with the dissolved dirt with compressed air. Clean the glow plug well completely by wiping it with a rag soaked in oil.
To unscrew the glow plugs, use a 10 mm wrench with a "3220" universal joint.
Installation
To tighten the glow plugs to the correct torque, use a 10 mm wrench with a "3220" universal joint.

Tighten the glow plugs to the correct torque, 16 Nm. Put the connectors on the corresponding plugs, check their reliability. Clear errors from the fault memory of the engine control unit.
