Turn off ignition. Remove engine cover. Remove noise insulation from injectors. Disconnect connectors of injectors "A", sensor 1 of exhaust gas pressure "G450" "B" from the pressure sensor in the "C" rail. Unscrew the "arrow" screws securing the cooling system line to the intake manifold and move the line so that it is in front of the intake manifold.

Caution: When removing the plug connectors, be careful not to damage the wire connections, otherwise you will have to replace the entire wiring harness. When removing the connector, do not squeeze the pliers "3314" so hard that you damage the mandrel.

Remove the fuel return line assembly and place it in front of the intake manifold. Remove the cable channel and set it aside. Clean the glow plug well in the cylinder head (dirt should not get into the cylinder).


Instructions: Approximate cleaning sequence. Collect the main dirt with a vacuum cleaner. Spray brake cleaner or some other similar product into the glow plug well. Wait a little for it to work, and remove it along with the dissolved dirt with compressed air. Clean the glow plug well completely by wiping it with a rag soaked in oil.


To unscrew the glow plugs, use a 10 mm wrench with a "3220" universal joint.
