1. Only bearings can be replaced on this shaft.

2. Remove the shaft spring clamp and remove or pull off the bearing.

3. When installing the new bearing, make sure that the large clamping groove located on the outer race is facing towards the front end of the bearing housing.

4. Once the bearing is installed, it is necessary to use a clamp of the thickest possible thickness that will fit into the groove on the shaft.

5. Install the original washer, and then use a measuring tool to check the clearance between the bearing inner race and the washer. Its value should be between 0.05 and 0.15 mm. If the gap size does not correspond to the specified one, replace the washer with another one (there are washers in three sizes, with a thickness of 3.0, 3.1 and 3.2 mm).

6. Replace the needle bearing if necessary by removing it from the opening with the pin.
