Removal



1. Remove the wheels.

2. Disconnect the parking brake cable from the lever on the brake caliper.

3. Disconnect the parking brake cable from the bracket on the brake caliper and pull it completely out of the caliper.

4. Connect the air bleeder hose to the caliper bleed valve and loosen the bleed valve.

5. Install the spacer.

6. Tighten the fitting and disconnect the air removal container hose.

7. Unscrew the brake line.

8. Unscrew both brake caliper mounting bolts, holding the guide from turning.

9. Remove the caliper from the brake caliper.

Installation



1. Push the piston into the cylinder until it stops.

2. Install the pads into the holders on the brake caliper.

3. Secure the brake caliper to the bracket using new self-locking bolts.

4. Connect the brake line to the caliper.

5. Remove air from the brake system.

S. Insert the parking brake cable into the bracket and install its end onto the lever.

7. Adjust the parking brake.

8. Install the wheels.

Tightening torques: Hexagon head bolt, brake caliper to bracket: 35 Nm. Use only new bolts!
