Hydraulic drive

• 1 - brake fluid reservoir
• 2 - supply hose
• 3 — brake booster
• 4 — bracket
• 5 - master cylinder
• 6 - self-locking nut, 7 Nm

Always replace. In 4WD vehicles from 10/93: 25 Nm.

• 7 — clutch pedal
• 8 - union nut with external thread, 20 Nm
• 9 - pressure pipeline
• 10 - washer
• 11 - washer
• 12 — bushing
• 13 — holder
• 14 — pressure hose
• 15 - union nut with external thread, 20 Nm
• 16 — working cylinder

Before dismantling, remove the gear shift lever together with the cable rod.

• 17 — bolt, 20 Nm
• 18 — bolt, 20 Nm
• 19 - air bleed valve
• 20 - air bleed valve
• 21 - dust cap
• 22-speed gearbox

Mechanical drive

Only in vehicles with a 1.6L engine and a gearbox marked ASA, ALA, ALY, ATX

• 1 - pedal bracket
• 2 — clutch pedal
• 3 - insert
• 4 - lock washer
• 5 - sealing ring
• 6 — clutch rod

With automatic adjustment.

• 7 - retaining bracket
• 8 - rubber shock absorber
• 9 — support
• 10 — body

With drive lever.

• 11 — bolt, 25 Nm

Before removing, engage reverse gear.

• 12 — bolt, 25 Nm
• 13 - sealing cap
• 14 - lock washer

Install approximately 8mm from the end of the pushrod.

Always replace, must be mobile.

Install after the toothed ring and washer.
