Removal and installation the suction pipe (VW Passat B3)

Removal

In the engine compartment, remove the water drainage cover.



Unscrew bolt "5".

Remove the suction pipe -4- together with the fastening element "2". 1 - pressure spring.

If necessary, remove sealing gasket "3".

Installation

Insert the sealing gasket and suction pipe.

Tighten bolt "5" together with the sealing gasket until it stops.

Install the water drainage casing.
