Interior lighting control
The interior lighting remains switched on with the door open for a maximum of 10 minutes. This prevents unwanted discharge of the battery.
On vehicles with central locking, the interior lights come on for approximately 20 seconds when the vehicle's doors are unlocked, one of the doors is opened, or the key is removed from the ignition. To do this, it is necessary that the switch of the corresponding lampshade is in the position of control from the door contacts.
However, the ceiling lamps go out immediately when the car doors are locked or when the ignition is turned on.
