With the position of the controls as below, unheated fresh air is supplied from nozzles 3 and 4.
1. Switch B (see fig. Ventilation and heating controls) set to the desired level.
2. Turn knob A counterclockwise until it stops.
3. Handle C on .
4. If the windshield is fogged up, set knob C to .
5.Nozzles 3 and 4 open.
6. If desired, handle C can also be set to another position.
In order for the interior heating and ventilation to work reliably, the fresh air intake located in front of the windshield must be kept clear of ice, snow and leaves.
Only handles A and C can be set to any intermediate position.
In order to avoid fogging the windows, at a low vehicle speed, switch B to constantly turn on the lowest stage of the fan operation mode, and set C to position .
The heating capacity of the heating system depends on the temperature of the coolant of the engine cooling system - therefore, the greatest heating occurs when the engine is warmed up to operating temperature.
Used air is expelled through outlets under the rear window. When placing items of clothing on the luggage compartment shelf, make sure that these openings are not blocked.
