Handle A – temperature selection
Turn clockwise to increase heating.
Turn counterclockwise to decrease heating.
When the air conditioning system is turned on, turning the knob counterclockwise increases the cooling capacity of the system.
Switch B – fan
Air supply is regulated in four stages. At low speeds, the lower stage of the fan should always be turned on.
In position 0, the fan and air conditioning are switched off. If it is necessary to prevent foul-smelling outside air from entering the passenger compartment, press button E (recirculation mode).
In cars with a dust filter, in any position of the switch B, the air is cleared of dust, soot, plant pollen, etc.
Handle C – distribution of air supply to nozzles

Key D – turns the air conditioning system on and off
The unit can be switched on by pressing the key. The "AC" logo lights up in the pressed key.
The unit is switched off by pressing the recessed key again. The "AC" logo stops glowing.
Key E – air recirculation
Pressing the key switches on the air recirculation mode. When switched on, the control lamp in the key starts to light.
To turn off air recirculation, press the recessed button again. The indicator lamp will stop glowing.
Operating the unit in recirculation mode prevents unpleasant odours from entering the passenger compartment, for example when driving through a tunnel or in a traffic jam.
If you need to quickly raise or lower the air temperature in the cabin, you can set the recirculation mode. In this mode, air is sucked in from the cabin and then heated or cooled.
Warning: The air recirculation mode should, however, only be switched on for a short time, since in this mode no fresh air enters the interior and the windows may fog up when the air conditioning system is switched off.
When the air conditioning system is operating in recirculation mode, do not smoke in the car, since particles contained in tobacco smoke settle in the air conditioning system evaporator. This leads to the air supplied to the cabin having a smell of tobacco smoke for a long time, which can be eliminated with great difficulty, spending a significant amount of money on replacing the evaporator.
For safety reasons, recirculation mode is not possible when handle C is in the following position

In addition, the recirculation mode is switched off when you turn the knob C from the "Air flow to the footwell" position to the "Windshield de-icing" position until it stops.
If the C knob is in the adjustment zone between the position shown in the figure and the "Windshield de-icing" position, the recirculation mode is not possible.
The D and E keys can also be pressed.
