Removal
Remove the glove compartment. Unscrew screws "1" (1.4 Nm). Actuator of the fresh air/recirculation/air intake flaps "V425" "2" turn approximately 15° in the direction of the arrow and remove from the air intake housing.
Disconnect electrical connector "1" from the actuator motor for the fresh air/recirculation/air intake flaps "V425".
Instructions: Changing the position of the air intake flap is not permitted.

Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order. The supply ventilation/recirculation/air intake motor "V425", due to its fit on the eccentric, can only be installed in one position.
Instructions: After installation, check the operation of the air intake and recirculation flaps. Using the tester -VAS 5051B- (or subsequent medal) perform a "basic installation".
