Removal

Remove the actuator motor of the fresh air/recirculation/air intake flaps "V425" with the actuator motor of the fresh air/recirculation/air intake flaps potentiometer "GS44". Disconnect the fasteners "arrow" of the adjusting lever "1". Remove the adjusting lever from the eccentric. Remove the eccentric "2" from the air intake housing.

Installation

Instructions: When installing the eccentric, make sure that the guide pin of the air intake flap adjustment lever fits into the groove.

Insert eccentric "1" into the air intake housing.

Instructions: At the same time, you also need to ensure that the guide pin of the recirculation flap adjustment lever fits into the groove on the eccentric.

Install and secure the recirculation flap adjustment lever.
