Instructions: A manufacturer's plate is attached to the additional heater. This plate contains information about the type and design of the heater installed on the car: diesel - Thermo Top V. After depressurizing the coolant circulation circuit, it is necessary to remove air from it.
- 1 - Coolant temperature sensor "G62". Installation location: on the cylinder head fitting
- 2 - Battery "A". Installation location: on the left in the engine compartment
- 3 - Outside air temperature sensor "G17"
- 4 - Circulation pump "V55", installed on the additional heater
- 5 - Additional heater Thermo Top V with additional heater control unit "J364". Installation location: under the front bumper on the right
- 6 - Dosing pump "V54". Installation location: on the right side of the fuel tank. It is possible that when air gets into the intake pipe, there is no fuel supply, although the ticking sounds of the pump are audible. After some time, the control unit switches off the pump. Interrogate the fault memory using the tester -VAS 5051 B- in the self-diagnosis mode of the Thermo Top V additional heater. Delete the errors and diagnose the actuators of the Thermo Top V additional heater.
- 7 - Fuel level sensor "G". Installation location: under the rear bench seat on the right
- 8 - Device for receiving radio signal of additional liquid heater "R149"
- 9 - Antenna for telephone, navigation system, autonomous heater "R66" for cars with additional heater and remote control
