Installing a muffler on the intake

Place the muffler on the inlet of the heater in the direction of "arrow A" and secure it to the bracket in the direction of "arrow B".

Removal the circulation pump "V55"

Loosen the clamp of the circulation pump "V55" "1". Disconnect the connector from the circulation pump "V55" "2".



Clamp the cooling system hoses with clamps up to 25 mm "3094".

Disconnect the clamps securing the cooling system hoses "1" to the circulation pump "V55". Remove the circulation pump "V55".

Removal and installation the muffler with bracket

Loosen the muffler pipe fastenings "A". Unscrew screw "1" (9±1.3 Nm) on support "B" and put the exhaust pipe aside (end section) aside. Unscrew screw "2" (8±0.8 Nm) securing muffler "A". Remove muffler "A". Unscrew screws "3" (8±0.8 Nm) securing the bracket. Disconnect the muffler from the centering tabs and remove it. Installation is carried out in the reverse order.

Instructions: When installing the bracket, correctly fix it in the centering tabs.
