Air Conditioning Compressor Brackets (VW Golf 4)

Warning: Do not open the refrigerant circuit of the air conditioning system. Avoid contact of the refrigerant with the skin.

The air conditioner compressor brackets can be removed and installed without opening the refrigerant circuit. When performing repair work, the air conditioner compressor can be removed and hung in the engine compartment without disconnecting the hoses from it.

• 3 - bracket for air conditioning compressor, generator and servo pump;
• 4 - hexagon socket head cap screw M10x55, 50 Nm;
• 5 - servo pump;

• 7 - bolt M10x112, 45 Nm

• 1 - poly V-belt;
• 2 - generator;
• 6 - bolts M8x30, 25 Nm;
• 4 - washer;
• 5 - bolt M8x27, 25 Nm;
• 6 - Compressor bracket;
• 7 - servo pump;
• 8 - compressor;
• 9 - electromagnetic clutch;
• 10 - bolt M10x112, 45 Nm
