Before replacing a fuse, always switch off the corresponding consumer.
Remove the cover from the fuse block. A blown fuse is recognized by a melted metal strip.
Carefully remove the blown fuse from the spring clip (pic. 456).

By no means «repair» fuse with sheet paper, as this can cause serious damage to other electrical circuits.
It is recommended to always have spare fuses in the machine. There are empty spaces at the bottom of the box with plastic tweezers for storing them.
The rated current of the fuse is indicated on its reverse side. In addition, there is a color code that can be used to determine the fuse rating (see table 24).
Table 24. Color coding of fuses
Denomination, A | color code |
10 | red |
15 | blue |
20 | yellow |
30 | green |
Insert and snap the fuse box into the dashboard.
The composition of the fuses depends on the model and year of manufacture of the car. If the consumer is protected by several fuses, then, depending on the model, it can be protected by one or another fuse. The composition of the fuses is given on the block cover, in the operating instructions and in Table. 25.
