Rear buffer (VW Golf 2)

1. Loosen bolt 1, securing the buffer bracket on the right and left sides of the vehicle to the floor plate, as shown by the arrows in photo 11.10.



2. Slide the buffer back out of the guides.

Installation

1. With the help of a second person, push the buffer into the guides and screw it to the floor plastic with a torque of 70 Nm.
