11. Screw the right radiator bracket with the rubber-metal element from above and insert the central bracket into the socket on the left side of the radiator.
12. Connect the electrical wires to the horn and headlights.
13. Hook the engine cover lock cable onto the lock lever.
14. Attach the metal cover of the lock cable and the signal wire to the front part.
15. Screw the lower protective plate to the front part together with the connector.
16. Set the buffer.
17. Close the engine cover. Check whether the cover lock engages and whether the height of the cover is equal to the height of the wings.
18. If necessary, unblock nut 1 (photo 11.9) and install lock rod 2 using a screwdriver so that it is securely hooked into the lock and the position of the cover coincides with the wings. If necessary, install rubber shock absorbers for the cover.

19. Unscrew the rubber shock absorbers on the left and right sides of the lock bracket to such a height that the position of the cover coincides with the position of the wings. Finally, it is necessary to recheck the operation of the cover lock mechanism.
