Remove the four diffuser bolts and remove them together with the fan motor.
Unscrew the 3 nuts on the diffuser and remove the fan motor.
Different manufacturing companies connect the fan impeller to the motor shaft in different ways:
- for a Bosch fan, knock out the pin and remove the safety washer;
- remove the clamping and toothed washers from the AEG fan;
- remove the safety clip from the Marelli fan.
