The oil level should be between the two arrows. If it has dropped to the lower mark, then you need to add about 1 liter of oil.
If you drive moderately calmly, it is enough to add additional oil when the level is at the lower mark on the dipstick.
When driving dynamically, it is recommended to add oil when the level is in the lower third or quarter between the marks on the dipstick.
Note: If you bought oil in a large container, pour it into a small container that is resistant to mineral oils and secure it firmly in the trunk so that it cannot move when driving. This way, you can add oil in small portions.
Compatibility of motor oils
Oils of different grades and manufacturers can be mixed without fear. This miscibility without dangerous consequences is a basic requirement of international oil standards. The decisive factor is whether the specification is suitable (see picture) for your diesel or turbodiesel engine.

Note: We do not recommend mixing mineral oil with synthetic oil due to their very different properties, although theoretically this should be without negative consequences.
In any case, you can mix motor oils tested according to the VW 50,000 standard.
