Removing
Remove the engine.
Separate the engine and transmission.
Bring the engine to TDC. To do this, grooves A and B must be at the same level (pic. 2.99).
NOTE: Turn the engine over the crankshaft center bolt. The engine may only be turned clockwise.
Unscrew the screw plug (pic. 2.100).
NOTE: Behind the screw plug, in the crankshaft, is the TDC hole (touchable by hand).
Screw fixing bolt 3242 into the crankshaft (pic. 2.101).
Loosen the drive disc mounting bolts crosswise and unscrew them.
Remove the drive disc with washer and compensation washer.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order, paying attention to the following:
Put on the compensation washer 1 (thickness 3.4mm) on the crankshaft journal.
Then install the drive disc with washer 2 (thickness 1.5mm) (pic. 2.102).
Insert new fixing bolts and tighten them by hand.
Tighten the bolts with a tightening torque of 30 Nm + 1/4 turn (90°) (tightening can be performed in several steps).
Unscrew fixing bolt 3242.
Screw on the screw plug with a new O-ring. Tightening torque: 35 Nm.
