Removal and installation the rear brake disc (VW Passat B2)

Raise the front of the car and remove the wheel.

Loosen the bolts securing the brake shoe guide to the steering knuckle, hang the caliper assembly with the brake shoe guide on a technical hook under the wing without disconnecting the brake hose.

Remove the brake disc.

The brake disc is installed in the reverse order of removal.

Note: Replace brake discs in pairs only.
