It is necessary to replace both disks of one bridge. To remove, first unscrew the support mount.
3 - protective cap.
Squeeze out.
4 - 12-point hub mounting nut, 175 Nm
Self-locking, so replace after each dismantling.
5 - wheel hub assembly with bearing and rotor
Replace only as a set.
6 - Hexagon head bolt, 60 Nm
With disc spring.

8 — axle journal
9 — ABS speed sensor
Before installing the sensor, clean the inner surface of the hole and lubricate it with plastic grease G000650.
10 — Allen head bolt, upper, 8 Nm
11 - bridge beam
12 — handbrake cable
13 - Allen head bolts, 80 Nm
14 — brake hose/pipe
With hollow bolt, 38 Nm.
15 - Hexagon head bolts, 35 Nm
Self-locking, so replace after each dismantling.
16 — brake caliper
17 - brake pads
18 - brake shoe retaining springs
When replacing pads, always replace.
19 - brake shoe guide with guide pins and protective caps
Supplied as a spare part complete with sufficient grease for the guide pins. If the protective caps or guide pins are damaged, install the repair kit, using the supplied tube of grease to lubricate the guide pins.
