Removal
Instructions: When unscrewing the bolts, use a magnetic screwdriver to prevent the bolts from falling into the guides of the hatch mechanism.
Turn the regulator ring beyond the comfortable position and fully open the front section of the hatch. Unscrew the bolts "3" securing the rear section "1". Remove the washer "2" from under the section. Set the front section to the "raised" position.
Slightly bend the inner seal "3" in the places "arrow" in the direction of the inside and unscrew the bolts "2". Remove the rear section of the hatch "1" by lifting it up.
Installation
Installation is carried out in reverse order.
Instructions: Always use new bolts when installing the section. When tightening the bolts, use a magnetic screwdriver to prevent the bolts from falling into the hatch mechanism.
Insert the glass section into the roof from above. Slightly bend the inner seal "3" in the places "arrow" in the direction of the inside and screw in the bolts "2" without tightening them. Adjust the position of the rear section. After adjusting the position of the rear section, tighten the bolts with a torque of 5 Nm. After completing all work, initialize the electric motor of the sliding sunroof.
