Removing
Remove air filter.
Disconnect wire "masses" from the battery.
Remove the throttle return spring. Disconnect the electrical wire from the automatic start unit.
If it is necessary to completely remove the upper part of the carburetor, disconnect the fuel hose from it.
Remove 5 bolts from the top of the carburetor and remove the top.
Unscrew the float needle valve from the top and remove it with the seal.
Examination
When purging from above, the needle valve should not let air through if you lightly press your finger from below on its control rod. The rod itself should move easily.
Installation
Screw in the needle valve with the correct seal (see table at the end of the chapter) and tighten (not too tight). The seal must be installed under the valve in the center.
Install a new carburetor cover gasket, install the carburetor top and secure it with five bolts.
Install the throttle return spring, connect the electrical wires to the automatic start unit.
Connect the fuel hose and secure with a clamp.
Install air filter, connect wire "masses" to the battery.
