Note: The air filter is built into the engine casing.
Removal

Unlock the air intake hose fitting (Fig. 2.71).
Disconnect hose 1 from the air filter.

Disconnect plug 2 from intake air temperature sensor 2 (Fig. 2.72).
Remove the oil dipstick 1.

Remove the casing by pulling at the marked places (Fig. 2.1).
Installation
Place the rubber mounts of the housing onto the mounting pins attached to the engine.
Press the casing down in the indicated places.
Insert the oil dipstick 1 into the guide tube until it stops (Fig. 2.1).
Connect hose 1 to the air filter.
Connect plug 2 to intake air temperature sensor 2 (Fig. 2.72).
Block the air intake hose fitting.
