1. Disconnect the clamps (arrows) (Fig. 2.1).

2. Remove the air filter cover and take out the filter element.

3. Wipe the air filter housing and install a new filter element.

4. Install the air filter cover and secure it with the clips.

5. Unscrew the bolts (arrows) (Fig. 2.2).

6. Remove the air filter cover.

7. Remove the filter element (Fig. 2.3).

8. Wipe the air filter housing and install a new filter element.



9. Install the air filter cover and secure it with bolts.

10. Unscrew the bolts (arrows) (Fig. 2.4).

11. Remove the air filter cover.

12. Remove the filter element (Fig. 2.5).

13. Wipe the air filter housing and install a new filter element, air filter cover and secure it with bolts.

14. Remove plugs 1 and unscrew the screws underneath them (Fig. 2.6).

15. Disconnect high-voltage wires 2 from the air filter housing.


17. Disconnect the crankcase ventilation tube (arrow) from the air filter housing.

18. Disconnect the EGR tube (arrow) from the left side of the air cleaner and remove the air cleaner cover.

19. Unscrew screws 1 and remove the lower part of the air filter (Fig. 2.7).

20. Remove the filter elements (Fig. 2.8).

21. Wipe the air filter housing and install new filter elements.

22. Install the lower part of the air filter and screw in screws 1 (Fig. 2.7).

23. Install the air cleaner cover. Screw in the screws and install the plugs 1 (Fig. 2.6). Install the high-voltage wires 2, the crankcase ventilation tube (arrow) and the exhaust gas recirculation tube (arrow).

24. Unscrew the bolts (arrows) and remove the engine cover (Fig. 2.9).

25. Disconnect the crankcase ventilation tube from the top of the air cleaner.

26. Unscrew the screws (arrows) (Fig. 2.10).

27. Disconnect the upper part of the air filter.

28. Remove the filter element (Fig. 2.11).

29. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
