4 and 5 speed gearboxes 020
1. Turn the steering wheel to the left until it stops.
2. Remove the fill plug (arrow) (pic. 2.25).
3. Check the oil level: it should reach the lower edge of the filler hole. If necessary, add oil to the required level. The gearbox uses G 50 SAE 75W90 synthetic oil.
4. Screw in the plug and tighten it to 25 Nm.
5-speed gearboxes 085 manufactured before 10/22/95
5. Production date is stamped on the gearbox, for example DCT25105 means that the gearbox with the DCT code was manufactured before 10/22/95 (pic. 2.26).
6. Turn a steering wheel to the left against the stop.
7. Remove the fill plug (arrow) (pic. 2.27).
8. Check the oil level: it should reach the lower edge of the filler hole. If necessary, add oil to the required level. The gearbox uses G 50 SAE 75W90 synthetic oil.
9. Screw in the plug and tighten it to 25 Nm.
5-speed gearboxes 085 manufactured after 10/23/95
10. Remove the fill plug.
11. Check the oil level: it should reach the lower edge of the filler hole. If necessary, add oil to the required level. The gearbox uses G 50 SAE 75W90 synthetic oil.
12. Screw in the plug and tighten it to 25 Nm.

13. Remove the compressed air cooler (intercooler).
14. Remove the fill plug (arrow) (pic. 2.28).
15. Check the oil level: it should reach the lower edge of the filler hole. If necessary, add oil to the required level. The gearbox uses G 50 SAE 75W90 synthetic oil.
16. Screw in the plug and tighten it to 25 Nm.
17. Install compressed air cooler (intercooler).
