1. Turn the steering wheel all the way to the left.
2. Unscrew the filler plug (arrow) (Fig. 2.25).

3. Check the oil level: it should reach the lower edge of the filler hole. If necessary, add oil to the required level. The gearbox uses synthetic oil G 50 SAE 75W90.
4. Screw in the plug and tighten it to 25 Nm.
5-speed gearboxes 085, produced before 10/22/95
5. The production date is stamped on the gearbox, for example, DCT25105 means that the gearbox with the DCT code was produced before 10/22/95 (Fig. 2.26).

6. Turn the steering wheel all the way to the left.
7. Unscrew the filler plug (arrow) (Fig. 2.27).

8. Check the oil level: it should reach the lower edge of the filler hole. If necessary, add oil to the required level. The gearbox uses synthetic oil G 50 SAE 75W90.

9. Screw in the plug and tighten it to 25 Nm.
5-speed gearboxes 085, produced after 23.10.95
10. Unscrew the filler plug.
11. Check the oil level: it should reach the lower edge of the filler hole. If necessary, add oil to the required level. The gearbox uses synthetic oil G 50 SAE 75W90.
12. Screw in the plug and tighten it to 25 Nm.
5-speed gearboxes 02A
13. Remove the compressed air radiator (intercooler).
14. Unscrew the filler plug (arrow) (Fig. 2.28).

15. Check the oil level: it should reach the lower edge of the filler hole. If necessary, add oil to the required level. The gearbox uses synthetic oil G 50 SAE 75W90.
16. Screw in the plug and tighten it to 25 Nm.
17. Install the compressed air radiator (intercooler).
