Removal
Place the radiator frame in the service position.
Drain the coolant.
Disconnect the cooling system hoses from the radiator.
Disconnect the plug from the thermal switch and radiator fan.
Remove the radiator mounting bolts and remove the radiator with the fans downwards.
Note: To avoid damage to the condenser and refrigerant circuit lines and hoses, ensure that lines and hoses are routed without tension, kinks or bends.
Loosen the fastening clamp(s) of the refrigerant circuit pipes.
Unscrew the capacitor from the radiator and secure it to the radiator frame.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order, taking into account the following:
