Order of execution
1. Use a scriber to mark the positions of the hub and pivot housing.
2. Rotate the pivot hub in the housing and remove each ball. Place the balls in the order they were removed, for subsequent re-installation in their original positions.
3. Rotate the pivot cage so that the two rectangular slots align with the body, then remove the cage and hub.
4. Turn the hub in the separator so that one of the parts of the hub fits into one of the rectangular slots in the separator, rotate the hub and remove it from the separator.
5. Clean all hinge parts and check their condition. If there are signs of wear or corrosion, replace the joint.
6. Apply 45 grams to the pivot body, then install the cage with hub into the pivot housing. Sequentially insert the balls into the hub, and check that the hub in the separator and the body are in their original position (according to previously made marks). Install a new circlip into the hub, then press the remaining half of the grease into the pivot (45 grams).
