The oil pump is driven by an intermediate shaft (fig. 2-153). Oil pressure in the system at a temperature of 80°C and a crankshaft speed of 2000 rpm, not less than 2 kgf/cm². An oil filter with a replaceable filter element of the Knecht brand is connected in series with the main oil line of the engine. The filter element is replaced with each oil change in the engine.
