Maintenance should be performed at the following intervals:
- vehicles with extended service intervals. When the "service" message appears, perform all work on the items marked with the "" icon (at least once every 2 years). When a message appears "Inspektion" perform all work marked with the "" and "" icons. This maintenance is performed at least after 60,000 kilometers or every four years.
- vehicles that do not have an extended service interval. Service is performed every 30,000 km or every two years for items marked with the "" icon. When the message appears "Inspektion" perform all work marked with the "" and "" icons. This maintenance is performed at least after 60,000 kilometers or every four years.
As part of the service, additional work marked with the "" icon is also performed.
Attention! When operating the vehicle in dusty conditions, reduce the replacement interval for the air filter and cabin filter by half.
Engine
Engine. Change the oil, change the oil filter.
Inspect the engine, components and assemblies in the engine compartment and make sure they are tight.
Cooling and heating system. Check the fluid level, antifreeze concentration. Perform a visual inspection for leaks and damage to the radiator.
Exhaust system. Inspect and ensure there is no damage, leaks or loose fastenings.
V-belt. Check the condition. If there are signs of wear, replace the belt.
Caution: For vehicles without an automatic belt tensioner, check the belt tension.
Gearbox, final drive
Check the condition and make sure there are no leaks or damage.
Cars with automatic transmission. Check the oil level in the gearbox and add oil if necessary.
Front suspension and steering
Tie rod ends. Check the fastening and clearance, as well as the condition of the dust caps of the tip supports.
Ball joints. Check the condition of the dust caps.
CV joint covers. Check the condition of the corrugated covers and make sure there are no leaks.
Brakes, tires, wheels
Braking mechanisms. Check the remaining thickness of the front and rear brake pads.
Tires. Check the tread depth and tire pressure. Check the tires for wear and damage (including spare tire).
Tire condition monitoring unit (if available). Perform the setup.
Brake system. Inspect the pipes, hoses, brake cylinders and make sure there are no leaks or damage.
Brake fluid level. Check and top up if necessary.
Body and interior
First aid kit. Check the expiration dates of the items in the first aid kit and replace them if necessary.
Door opening limiters. Lubricate.
Roof hatch. Clean the guides and lubricate them with special grease.
Anti-corrosion protection of the bottom and paintwork. Check the condition.
Electrical system
Battery. Check the strength of the fastening, the electrolyte level and, if necessary, add distilled water.
Self-diagnosis system. Read the codes of registered malfunctions (in the workshop).
Counting and command device. Delete old maintenance data and enter new ones (in the workshop).
Lighting fixtures. Check the functionality and brightness of all headlights, turn signals, and hazard warning lights.
All consumers of the on-board electrical network, interior lighting, sound signal. Check the functionality.
Glass cleaner blades. Check the condition of the rubber band and the resting position of the brushes.
Windscreen washer. Check the functionality and position of the jets. Add washing liquid and check the operation of the headlight washer.
Headlights. Check the position of the headlights and, if necessary, adjust the angle of the optical axis of the headlights.
Additional work performed
Every two years
Replace the brake fluid. Brake fluid should be replaced every two years, regardless of mileage.
Conduct a CO content check. This analysis should be carried out for the first time after 3 years of operation, and then every 2 years. At the same time, a printout of codes of malfunctions registered by the self-diagnostic system is made (in the workshop).
Every 30,000 kilometers
Biodiesel vehicles. Replace the fuel filter.
Cars with a 1.4-/1.6-liter BCA/BGU/BSE/BSF petrol engine with a power of 55/75 hp Visually inspect the timing belt and replace it if necessary.
The first replacement of the timing belt is performed after a mileage of 90,000 kilometers, and then every 30,000 kilometers.
Every 60,000 kilometers or every two years
Ventilation and heating. Replace the cabin filter.
Every 4 years
Replace the tire repair kit if applicable.
