Installing the input shaft
Perform the operations described here. The input shaft does not require adjustment during installation. However, one should not forget about installing the previously removed gaskets in place. If there were no gaskets, then they should not be installed during installation.
Output shaft installation
The gear on the shaft 'At the transmission is located above the box housing. A needle bearing is installed in the crankcase.
Both tapered bearings are damaged during disassembly. Therefore, it is necessary to replace the cover with the bearing on one side of the shaft, and on the other hand, the outer race of the bearing in the lower part of the box housing. After performing these operations, the axial play should be adjusted again.
