The diameter of the driven disc for models with petrol engines with a working volume of 1.3 liters is 180 mm, for other models - 200/210 mm.
Since September 1985, the clutch actuator has been equipped with an automatic clutch free play adjustment mechanism. The ratchet type mechanism provides a constant tension of the drive cable due to the presence of a torsion spring.
When installing a clutch with a driven disk diameter of 180 mm, a special mandrel or an old gearbox input shaft is used; when installing a clutch with a driven disk diameter of 200/210 mm - a special mandrel 10-213.
Driven and pressure plates in the state of delivery are coated with a special grease to protect against corrosion. Only the friction surfaces need to be cleaned before installing them, as removing all of the lubricant will significantly reduce clutch life. The clutch device is shown in fig. 267.
