Throttle body and idle speed control valve
1. Bolt. M6 = 10 Nm, M8 = 20 Nm; 2. Idle speed adjustment bolt (up to 5/93 g); 3. Ring. Replace if damaged; 4. Throttle body pipe; 5. Connecting plug; 6. Throttle potentiometer; 7. Locking plate; 8. To the magnetic valve of the activated carbon tank; 9. Gasket. Always replace; 10. To the temperature regulator on the air filter; 11. Sealing ring, replace if damaged; 12. Cork. Intake manifold and fuel distributor
1. Nut, 10 Nm; 2. Oil filler neck; 3. Warm air catcher; 4. Holder; 5. Bolt, 25 Nm; 6. Nut, 40 Nm; 7. Fuel distributor; 8. Gasket; 9. Connecting plug; 10. Upper part of the fuel distributor; 11. Injection valve; 12. Ring; 13. Stopper; 14. Tee; 15. Fuel supply pipeline; 16. Fuel pressure regulator; 17. Fuel return line; 18. Sealing ring; 19. Bolt, 40 Nm; 20. Emphasis; 21. Intake manifold; 22. Engine crankcase ventilation pressure control valve; 23. Coolant temperature sensor. Additional fan activation temperature sensor with coolant temperature indicator sensor; C – To the air intake duct; D – To the cold start valve; E – To the brake booster check valve
Examination
1. Disconnect the plug from the idle switch. Measure the resistance at the switch contacts with an ohmmeter. See the required value in subsection 2.18.8.
2. Open and close the throttle valve by hand. The idle switch should click each time.
Adjustment
1. Adjustment condition: The basic throttle adjustment must be maintained.
2. Typically, the factory setting is not changed.
3. Loosen the idle speed switch mounting screws and check that the throttle lever is in contact with the limit screw.

4. Tighten the mounting screws (1) slightly. Firmly press the throttle lever (2) and the idle switch (3) (arrows) together and tighten the mounting screws in this position.
5. Open the throttle valve with the idle switch handle. A click should be heard.
