Removal and installation the wiring harness for the solenoid valves and sensors (VW Tiguan 1)

Drain the ATF. Remove the oil pan. Remove the mesh oil filter. Remove the electrohydraulic unit. Disconnect the connector from the gearbox "1" connector for the sensors in the gearbox, "2" connector for the electromagnetic valves. Unscrew the connector housing from the gearbox. Remove the connector housing with the wire harness from the gearbox housing.

Installation

Replace the sealing ring on the connector housing. Carefully insert the wiring harness from the outside into the gearbox. Apply a layer of ATF to the sealing ring of the connector housing and press the connector housing into the gearbox until it stops. Tighten the connector housing, tightening torque. Install the electrohydraulic unit. Install the mesh filter. Install the oil pan.
