Checking tire valves (VW Transporter T4)

1. Unscrew the dust cap of the valve.

2. Wet the valve with water or saliva. If bubbles form, screw the valve back on with the dust cap.

Attention! Only a metal dust cap can be used to tighten the valve.


3. Check the valve again. If bubbles form again and the valve no longer screws in, replace it.

4. Always screw on the dust cap.
