Disconnect the lower air duct, to do this, unlock the "arrow" clamps. Remove the lower air duct with the air duct hose.
Cars with resonator
Remove the boost air guide pipe to the resonator.

Disconnect the hose clamp "2". Unscrew bolt-4-. Disconnect the electrical connector "arrow". Unscrew bolt "1" and remove the air duct downwards.

Release coolant hose "2" and wire harness "1". Unscrew bolt "arrow" and remove the holder.
Unscrew bolt "2" on the coolant recovery pump bracket "V51".
Instructions: The coolant recovery pump "V51" remains in the installation position.
Remove coolant hoses -1 and 2-.
Loosen nut "2", unscrew bolt "1" and turn the intake pipe support slightly to the right. Remove the oil separator for rough cleaning.
Unscrew the "arrow" bolts and remove the fitting. For the right bolt, use the "T10058" key. Remove the thermostat.
Installation is carried out in the reverse order, observing the following.
Instructions: Replace O-rings and gaskets.
Clean the seating surface for the sealing ring. Lubricate the sealing rings with concentrate "G12 plus-plus". Insert thermostat "4" into housing "5" of the cooling system pump and slightly turn forward "arrow".
Carefully install the fitting "3", while inserting the centering pin "2" into the guide "1".
