Unscrew securing bolts for anti-roll bar clamp -arrows-.
Unscrew nut -arrow- and remove bolt towards rear. Remove transverse link -1-.
Installation
Install the tie rod on the vehicle and hand tighten the bolts. Tightening the bolts of the transverse link can only be done after the suspension has been installed in a position corresponding to the size "A"!
Screw tie rod -1- to subframe and tighten new nut -arrow-. Tighten bolts for anti-roll bar clamp -arrows-. Tighten bolt -arrow- for tie rod -3-.
Instruction: Make sure there is a washer between the nut and the wheel bearing housing.
Insert strut pin -2- into stabilizer hole and tighten nut -1-. Install coil spring. Install the wheel and tighten the wheel bolts. Check wheel alignment.
Tightening torques
Tie rod to wheel bearing housing. Use only new bolts and nuts, tighten only in the position corresponding to the curb weight | 130 Nm and tighten by 90° |
Cross bar to subframe. Use only new bolts and nuts, tighten only in the position corresponding to the curb weight | 90 Nm and tighten by 90° |
Stabilizer for subframe. Use only new bolts, tighten only in the position corresponding to the curb weight | 25 Nm and tighten by 45° |
Stand stabilizer. Use only new nuts | 40 Nm |
