Removal



Remove the wheel. Remove the wheel arch liner. Remove the coil spring. Unscrew the "arrow" bolts.

Remove the wheel. Remove the wheel arch liner. Remove the coil spring. Unscrew the «arrow» bolts.


Unscrew the bolt "arrow". Remove the shock absorber.

Unscrew the bolt «arrow». Remove the shock absorber.


Installation



Installation is carried out in the reverse order. Tightening the shock absorber mounting bolts to the hub bearing housing can only be done after installing the suspension in the position corresponding to dimension "a"! Install the shock absorber and tighten the "arrow" bolts. Tighten the "arrow" bolt. Install the coil spring. Install the wheel arch liner. Install the wheel and tighten the mounting bolts.

Tightening torques


Shock absorber to body. Use only new bolts50 Nm and turn further by 45°
Shock absorber to wheel bearing housing. Use only new bolt180 Nm
