Door handle and lock (VW Tiguan 1)

Instructions: The pictures show the left side of the car. On the right, the work is done in a similar way.

• 1 - Door lock. The door lock can only be removed together with the supporting panel
• 2 - bolt, 20 Nm, 2 pcs.
• 3 - Cable between the lock and the handle body
• 4 - Lining
• 5 - Lock cylinder. The lock cylinder is only on the driver's door
• 6 - Lid
• 7 - External door handle
• 8 - Cable for unlocking the lock from the inside door handle, with a bushing for passing through the supporting panel
• 9 - Bolt, 4.5 Nm. When unscrewing this bolt, the fastening of the handle housing to the door is weakened
• 10 - Handle body, inserted into the bracket
• 11 - Bolt for the lock cylinder
• 12 - Bracket, put on the lock and fixed
