Engine — removal methods (VW Lt 28)

1. The engine is removed separately, without the gearbox.

2. Since the engine needs to be raised and then removed through the side of the driver's cab, you will need a lift.

3. To remove the engine, you can pass a steel pipe through the driver's cabin and support it at both ends. After this, using a lift with a pulley that can move freely along the pipe, lift the engine and move the unit to the side in order to remove it from the cabin.
