Warning: Do not press the brake pedal while performing the operation to avoid subjecting the rear wheel circuit to excessive pressure.
To remove, lift the front of the car and place it on stands. Remove the wheel from the desired side. Loosen the sensor mounting bolt. Remove the sensor. Disconnect the sensor wire from the holders.
Before installing the sensor, check the condition of the sensor mounting surface for any traces of corrosion or burrs. Apply a layer of bearing grease to the surface of the sensor mounting socket. Install a new sealing ring on the sensor. Install the sensor in the mounting socket.
