Setting the current time
1. Press the left [h] button to set the hour. Pressing the button briefly advances the time by one hour.
2. Press the right button [min] to set the minutes. Pressing the button briefly advances the time by one minute.
Tachometer
The tachometer shows the number of engine revolutions per minute.
The beginning of the red zone on the tachometer means the maximum allowable amount of engine in all gears.
When the arrow approaches this zone, either shift to a higher gear or move the automatic transmission control lever to position D, or release the gas.
Attention! The tachometer needle must never enter the red zone of the scale. Risk of engine damage!
Upshifting earlier saves fuel and reduces engine and transmission noise.
Coolant temperature gauge
This gauge shows the temperature of the coolant in the engine.
Arrow in the range of low temperatures A
Avoid high engine speeds and heavy loads on it.
Arrow in operating temperature range B
Under normal driving conditions, the needle should be centered on the scale. With a heavy load on the engine, for example, at a high outside temperature, the arrow may briefly move to the right side of the scale. This should not be a concern unless the coolant temperature warning light comes on or a warning text appears on the instrument cluster display.
When the arrow is in range C, the signal light lights up.
An additional warning may appear on the instrument panel display: «STOP! CHECK COOLANT LEVEL! CM. MANUAL!».
You should stop the car and turn off the engine.
Check coolant level. If the coolant level is normal, you can’t move on - qualified help is needed.
Fuel gauge
The capacity of the fuel tank is about 55 liters.
When the pointer reaches the red range of the reserve fuel reserve, the warning light will light up on the display, and an additional warning may appear on the instrument panel display: «BITTE TANKEN!» (PLEASE GO!).
At the same time, a warning signal sounds as a reminder of the need for refueling. There is still about 7 liters of fuel left in the fuel tank.
