Removal
1. Open the door.
2. Press the stop latch under the protective cover 6 (see arrow A in the illustration) and detach the front pillar cover.

4 - bolt. Tightening torque 20 Nm + 90° turn. The bolt is self-locking. Therefore, it should be replaced with a new one after each dismantling

Attention! The rear side door of a four-door vehicle is removed in the same sequence as the front one.
3. Move dog 7 down (see arrow B in Illustration 57.2) and disconnect plug 8 on the front pillar.
4. Ask an assistant to support the door and unscrew bolts 4, 5, II from the door hinges (see illustration 57.2). To do this, use a special key, for example, HAZET 2597 with a HAZET 6396 handle.
5. Remove the door from guide pins 2 and 9 by moving it in the direction of the arrow (see illustration 57.2) and place it on a soft surface.
Installation
The door is installed in the reverse order of removal.
6. Reinstall the door and secure it with new self-locking bolts 4, 5 and 11. Tightening torque of the bolts is 20 Nm. Then tighten the bolts with a wrench by 1/4 turn (90°).
7. Close the door and check the gaps. Adjust the door if necessary.
