Installing the inner hinge disc spring
When installing the inner joint disc spring (1), the larger diameter must face outward.
Installing the outer hinge disc spring
The disc spring (1) of the outer joint must be directed with its larger diameter outward, and the thrust ring (2) with its smaller diameter must be directed outward.
Execution order
1. To lubricate the hinges, use G000603 grease. Half of the grease should be placed in the protective cover, and the other half in the hinge.
2. To fasten the clamps, use tool 1847. Place the jaws of the tool on the corners of the clamp clamp and in this position tighten the jaws with a screw (A - screw for tightening the jaws of the tool, B - installing the jaws of the tool on the clamp).
