The rear doors are designed with additional latches to ensure child safety.

Turn the key in the latch slot in the direction of the arrow. The inner handle of the door lock actuator will be locked and the door can only be opened from the outside. In this case, the lock lock button must be in the raised position.

To open the rear door, with the lock slot in the vertical position, pull the door handle and lift the door.
To close the rear door, pull it down (it is best to do this by grasping a special recess in the trim of the inner surface of the rear door) and with a gentle movement lower it back into place.
The rear door is locked when the lock slot is horizontal.
Warning: After locking the rear door with the key, always try to pull the door up to make sure that the door catch is engaged in the groove. Otherwise, when driving, the rear door may open suddenly, even if the lock is locked.
Warning: Never drive with the rear door partially or fully open, as this may allow vehicle exhaust gases to enter the passenger compartment. Risk of poisoning!
